Refund & Returns Policy – TGN Pet Life

Effective Date:30th August 2025

At TGN Pet Life, we want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

  • The item is not excluded (see Section 4)

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at tgnpetlife@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  • We’ll guide you through the next steps, including where to send your item

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats or food)

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Opened grooming or hygiene products

  • Gift cards

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever suits you best

6. Product Safety Reminder

We recommend supervising pets during product use and ensuring fresh drinking water is always available. TGN Pet Life is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse or unsupervised use.
